Mill finished Aluminum u-channel is used on hinge side of entry door when using our part #CHW138 (Aluminum Door Extrusion) to custom build a entry door for your trailer.  This channel comes pre-cut in 6 foot lengths. Measurements; 3/4"leg x 1.20"OD x 1"ID . Wall thickness is 1/16".

*NOTE:Please expect minor scuffing or minor scratches on aluminum from manufacturing process and shipping. These minor flaws can easily be polished out.
